Our client aimed to revolutionize the omnichannel shopping experience with a new technology service business. They sought to provide an interactive in-store experience, including touch screens for shopping, RFID-tagged products triggering events on larger screens when picked up, and a hands-free checkout experience. Additionally, the applications needed to be responsive on mobile devices for on-the-go shoppers. The challenge was to integrate multiple complex technical systems to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
