Our client operates a large chain of automotive service and repair stores across the Western United States. Committed to leveraging technology, the client recognized the potential of data to optimize store performance. The goal was to design an interactive dashboard that would provide real-time performance insights across all stores in each region, motivating managers and crews to excel. Although they had abundant data from their Point of Sale (POS) systems, they lacked a comprehensive reporting mechanism.
