Following a series of workshops to thoroughly understand and document the client’s business processes, we identified key opportunities to optimize their operations using automation and AI. A critical area for improvement was case discovery, which involves crafting and sending numerous requests based on the specific facts of each case and the involved parties.

We designed and built an internal portal that allowed the client to manage their cases more efficiently and configure templates for automating the generation of discovery documents. Additionally, we created private AI models that synchronized with documents stored in Dropbox for each case. This enabled the system to understand all requests and track the completeness of responses from defendants. Other features included a private chatbot for querying case information.
